Refund Policy

Items are only eligible for return or refunds if there is any fitting or quality issues (since that is guaranteed by us). Not being satisfied with a color chosen by you does not qualify as a valid reason for Return or refund.

Choosing the wrong model while ordering is not our responsibility and we will not be held liable for it. Damaging the mat while opening the package is also not covered by us. 
      In case your item has any quality or fitting issues you will be sent a replacement mat without any additional charge. The fitting issue will need to verified by means of an image or video which will be requested by the support team.

Kindly note that if you don’t want a replacement mat (free of cost) you will have to ship the mats back to a local address to claim the refund. The shipping cost in this case only will be the expense of the customer.  

Any issues with quality of the mats should be reported to the support team within 5 days of receiving the mats, any claims made later will not be entertained.  

All purchase made through Klarna entitle you to a further 14 Day return policy if you are not satisfied with your products or it is in anyway not as advertised.
